World Bank-IMF Protest Photos, September 2002
Hundreds of thousands converged in Washington DC the last week of September, 2002. They were there to protest at the annual meeting of the World Band and the International Monetary Fund. In addition to economic policy protesters, various left wing groups protested other causes such as the pending war with Iraq. Riot gear clad police were on hand to control the crowds.
